TVL’s CPD sessions equip legal practitioners to interrogate expert witness evidence in road crash matters — covering forensic crash investigation methodology, vehicle technology and EDR evidence, road environment factors in crash causation, and the implications of the Safe System Approach for road authority liability.

TVL offers complimentary one-hour CPD sessions for legal practitioners working in criminal and civil road crash matters. Sessions are delivered in-person at your firm — lunchtime format, with time allowed after the session for questions and informal discussion.

Format

In-Person, At Your Firm

Sessions are delivered in your boardroom or meeting room. Johann Tay presents in person — this is the preferred format, and the one that best supports the informal discussion and networking that typically follows.

One Hour, With Time To Talk

The structured session runs 60 minutes. In practice, in-person sessions typically extend to 90 minutes to accommodate questions, case discussion, and informal conversation — which is often where the most useful exchanges happen.

Solo Or Panel

Johann presents all sessions. For firms seeking broader coverage or a second perspective, TVL can assemble a small panel from its professional network — other specialists in adjacent areas such as biomechanics, forensic vehicle inspection, or road authority practice.
