## A specialist road transport practice built on three decades of experience across the road, the vehicle, and the driver.

TVL was founded in 2013 on a straightforward premise: that the road transport system is best understood as a whole, and that the most consequential insights — in court, in policy, and in infrastructure design — come from examining how its elements interact rather than treating them in isolation.

Thirteen years on, that premise underpins everything TVL does — from forensic crash investigation and expert witness testimony, to road safety auditing, fleet technology assessment, and professional training for legal practitioners.
